For the 9th year in a row, Chicago is Condé Nast's No. 1 big US city


For 9 years working, Chicago has been named the No. 1 big city in the U.S. by Condé Nast Traveler.

The esteemed journey journal’s thirty eighth annual Readers’ Choice Awards garnered a staggering 757,109 votes, and but once more, the Windy City wound up on prime, forward of No. 2 San Francisco, No. 3 Milwaukee, No. 4 Portland, Oregon, and No. 5, New Orleans.

Condé Nast described Chicago as a (*1*) including that “it’ll take several repeat visits to get through your list of must-dos.”  

The publication beneficial guests begin downtown and hit internationally identified neighborhoods like the Magnificent Mile, the Gold Coast and Old Town however save loads of time for the remainder of the city, which boasts 77 distinct neighborhoods to discover and “some of the most pleasant people you’ll find anywhere.”
