He mentioned, “Do you ever ask a positive question at NCS? My supporters are more in love with me today, and I’m in love with them.

“More than they had been even at election time once we had a complete, uh, a landslide. You know we gained all seven swing states. Did NCS report that?

The trade comes after Former NCS reporter Jim Acosta has elicited criticism for his remarks about President Donald Trump’s dead ex-wife, Ivana.

Acosta, who served as a chief White House correspondent for NCS for almost twenty years, made a crude remark about Ivana whereas slamming Trump’s immigration insurance policies on The Contrarian podcast Monday.

While recapping the hundreds of anti-Trump ‘No Kings’ protests that occurred throughout the nation Saturday alongside the president’s navy parade, Acosta digressed, “Where are the ICE raids at the Trump properties?

“Could anyone name ICE on the Trump golf course in Virginia? You’re telling me there’s no person in there that’s undocumented or has some type of squirreliness happening with their paperwork?”

“How many immigrants has he married? He’s acquired one buried at his golf course in New Jersey! Isn’t she buried by the primary gap or the second tee or one thing like that?”, eliciting chuckles from hosts April Ryan and Jennifer Rubin.

The 54-year-old son of a Cuban immigrant added, “Immigrants, at all times doing the roles that Americans do not wish to do!”

Ivana, the president’s first of three wives and mom of Donald Jr. and Eric, died in 2022 from blunt impression accidents after falling down a flight of stairs at age 73.
