DC man sues after being detained for playing Darth Vader theme in protest of National Guard troops
Sam O’Hara, a Washington, DC resident, says he was briefly detained by police after he performed the Darth Vader theme tune in protest of the National Guard. O’Hara is now submitting a lawsuit claiming his First Amendment rights had been violated.
